Exchange Policy

At Malavikas, we prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Innerwear

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us for exchange assistance.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • A complete, continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • The package slip/shipping label and package details must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. How to Request an Exchange

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details and unboxing video.

Important Note

Please do not discard the original packaging, package slip, or shipping label until you have confirmed that your order is received in perfect condition.

Customers wishing to exchange an item must cover Rs. 50/- for shipping charge.

Refund Policy

Once payment is made, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. 

In case of return, the product replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2-7 business days after returned product received to us.
